1. corrosion-resistance

can be used in different corrosive environment ,such as acid, alkaki, salt, organic solvent over a long period.

2. Fire-Retardant

Qualified matrix resins as well as unique fire retardant additives provide grating with excellent fire resistant performance.

3. light weight and high strength

The perfect combination of the continuous e fiberglass strand and resin provide grating with light weight and high strength properties and its specific weight is only 1/4 of steel, suitable to withstand to varrious loading structure under corrosive environment.

4. UV resistance

The high grade resin and UV inhibitor provide grating ageing resistance performance and keep its surface brightness and strength over a longer period. The service life of the products could be expected to more than 20 years.

5. Safety and anti-skid

The high elasticity and surface treatment provided super anti-skid performance. Surface finishing could be of smooth type, gtitted surface and checked type cover, which are suitable for different working environment. The product elasticity could help to reduce fatigue feeling of workers.

6. Insulation

Fiberglass and high grade resin provide the product super electric insulation performance. Its electric pierce strength could reach 10KV/mm, non-sparking and non-magnetized , it could be used safely under all this environment

FRP profile

1).We offer FRP standard and non-conventional profiles manufactured from various class of matrix resin like ethylene type, high inflaming retarding ethylene type,ISO resin type,No-Poison resin type,ORP resin typeand fiberglass,and of fiberglass like E-Roving M-Roving,which result in the profiles are applied in different performance required,offering a unique combination of chemical resistance, size stability, high strength, and thermal/electric non-conductivity.

2).Owing to the good insulation and thermal insulation features, FRP profiles are used in electric material and refrigerators and freezing tanks material. Also applied in constructural engineering projects are the mainly application fields of our FRP profiles.

3).Each shape is available in a range of specifications to suit various designs and applications. For special uses, customized shapes and colors are also available.

4).Packing: Pallet or carton, simple isolation.
